Terms & Conditions

To reserve your order date, payment is required before production begins.

• Orders under $100: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Orders $100 and over: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your order date. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before pickup or delivery.
• Orders placed within 7 days of the event date: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Orders are not considered confirmed until payment or the required deposit has been received.

Because all products are made to order and ingredients are purchased specifically for each order, deposits are non-refundable.

Any cancellations may be eligible for a partial refund at the discretion of Moni's business, depending on the production stage and expenses already incurred.

Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and other approved payment methods.

By placing an order and submitting payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If an order is canceled after production has begun, no refund will be issued.
• Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• Minor changes may be requested up to 7 days before pickup or delivery and are subject to availability.
• Additional charges may apply for design changes, specialty ingredients, rush orders, or increased quantities.

• Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon pickup.
• Once an order has been picked up or delivered and accepted, Crumbs & Honey by Moni is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, transportation, storage, weather conditions, or failure to follow serving instructions.

Products are prepared in a home kitchen that may process common allergens, including but not limited to milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and coconut. While precautions are taken, cross-contact cannot be guaranteed.

This product is made in a home kitchen and is not subject to state food safety inspections, as permitted under applicable cottage food laws.
